Please help: buserelin and positive pregnancy test??

Don't know where else to turn: been having achy boobs and frequent weeing as I did when we miscarried so just took a pregnancy test and it came positive straight away. I took my first day of buserelin yesterday, can it be this drug that causes it? The leaflet doesn't say anything about this...? Should I continue the buserelin?

Yes ring the emergency line. You would most likely be advised to stop buserelin if you are pregnant. The pregnancy test picks up HCG which is only produced during pregnancy so nothing to do with the buserelin. Congratulations!

Thank you Maria, Blue and Gribbie. I rang the emergency line and the doctor told me to stop buserelin. I will have a blood test and scan this week. I hope this is a healthy one that sticks....
