I'm in need of dire advice.
This process is getting me down. We've been trying for two years now, my husband and I however no luck.
I've had a set of bloods and everything has come by fine, apart from yesterday's 21 day blood cycle.

My progesterone levels are low, it is at a 1. The doctor said they've taken the correct measure and this is the end of the tests at the GP. He will refer me on to a specialist in regards to low level however I did not meet requirement at I am two points over the BMI and they might not refer me on however he will ask for advice for low progesterone.

I am at a standstill, I'm so down about this news. Not sure on what to do, I'm in the process of eating healthy; and working out. I need advice and support as I am clueless Confused

Hi

Low progesterone if taken at the correct time indicates a problem with ovulation. I had a similar problem and was also told that high BMI can prevent ovulation so first step is to lose weight and see if you can ovulate naturally. I was referred to a specialist and started on clomid. 2nd cycle currently and still hoping for a BFP.
Can I ask how old you are? We were lucky and got an early referral due to age (I'm 38) I hope this helps. Do let me know how you get on.
