Just wondering if anyone could help, i went for a blood test on Monday for fertility investigations. I can't remember which boxes were ticked but the idea was to check my hormone levels and to see if I was ovulating. I phoned today and was asked to come in but non urgent. I heard the receptionist mention b12 levels.

Has anyone experienced b12 levels and not fallen pregnant. Also if I'm not ovulating what happens then? My partner has had tests and his fine.

My mum has really low B12 she needs injections every few months and always has. She never had any difficulty getting pregnant

Are you vegan? Or anemic? If you're deficient, you'll just need to get the levels back through diet or supplements. That should help you get healthy to prepare for IVF or pregnancy.
