Does anyone know what the difference is between these two drugs?
I had ivf 5 years ago which was successful and stimmed using menopur. I recently had a failed cycle on Fostimon. I will hopefully be going through another ivf cycle at the end of June and asked my consultant if they would do anything differently next time such as change the dosage. He said no but I could go back to menopur if I wanted to as that worked first time.
Obviously both drugs stimulate the ovaries but I just wondered if any of you ladies had experience of these drugs or have been told why you would use one instead of the other.
