2 weeks on after missed m/c still bleeding and crampig

Hi all,
I'm sure this is quite normal but I wanted to know whether anyone else has experienced this.

I had my second miscarriage confirmed 2 weeks ago and was offered the D/C or medication. I had the medication however I am still bleeding and cramping now.

I find that the bleeding starts to becoming lighter and I think 'thank God the bleeding must be ending now' only to find the next day it is heavy again and sometimes the cramping becomes painful again too.

Has anyone else had this? I just want it to stop now :(

I'm so sorry to hear you had an mc.

I had an mcdt almost 4 weeks ago and I am still bleeding. Mine was a natural mc, no meds or anything. The bleeding slows right down and then the next day get clots again!!

It's really getting me down :( just want it to stop. I was told "many women don't notice it's an mc because it's just like a period" but for me this is just so so awful.

I'm seeing the clinic on Wednesday so will ask about it then.

sorry for my late response and I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through with your loss :(

With the first miscarriage I had it was natural too and no medication and I remember the bleeding going on for ages too :(
I would definitely ring your EPU or GP and let them know about clots as they may need to do a scan..
