Bleeding on stimms, not good surely?

Hi I have been on bemfola injections for a few days and have started bleeding with pain too, clinic doesn't appear too concerned (said it could be the injections taking time to work) but this can't be good surely? Anyone else have experience of this?

bumping as hoping someone somewhere has had an ok experience with this during Ivf!

Had my first scan this morning and saw some lovely follicles, so panic over! Just thought would update in case anyone else worried about bleeding
