Reflexology

I am having 5th IVF in just under 2 weeks time. We have x2 frozen embryos left (DE) and I am trying my best to focus and believe this will be 5th time lucky.
Can anyone tell me if reflexology might be of help as I was going to book 2 sessions in run up...I will try anything that may just push odds in my favour. Many thanks.

I'm having it, I can't say it's worked for me unfortunately as we're still very much going through the treatment process but it is a very welcome relaxing hour to myself every week and more often than not sends me to sleep!

I had my first reflexology treatment last weekend and although I tried to stay awake I had conked within 5 minutes of heated bed warming up!
Therapist says it can still benefit you even if you are fast asleep!
I have 2 more sessions booked this week before FET on Saturday.
