Pelvic scan help

Hi all
I've just had a pelvic scan as we're going to be having the initial consultation at private ivf clinic soon.
The sonographer told me my cervix looked normal and so did uterus and that I had 12 follicles on right ovary and 9 on the left which was good. So I was pleased. But then I went through to have a blood test and the midwife told me I had cysts in my cervix and that I had "a lot" of follicles but she said in in a negative way like it was too many.

Now I don't know what to think.

Can anyone shed any light?

I'm sure someone more knowledgable will be along soon - but after a quick google, I found this table. From that I would take it to mean you are the high end of the normal range and would be expected to respond well to IVF medication.

I can't help with the cysts on the cervix, but IVF will bypass the cervix completely so wouldn't have thought it would affect anything too much either. I think cervical cysts are pretty common.
