Can anyone remember the amazing thread with all the lists of supplements that the poster recommended, and things they did before and after IVF.

I can't find it from searching.

Thank you!

That would be useful to find Screamer, I'm currently looking for info on what supplements are safe after embryo transfer, have a feeling I asked about this before but can't find the thread!!!!😃

Am on high dose Vit E, L'Arginine and CoQ10 but unsure whether these are safe during two week wait.

I don't know that thread but my clinic told me to stop taking CO-Q10 before egg collection and that I wasn't to take it during 2ww.

That's interesting Meredith, I thought it was safe to continue

My Dr told me to stop everything apart from my prenatal, folic acid (I take prescription dose because I have epilepsy), fish oil and vitamin D at ET. Definitely don't want to be taking anything like l-arginine which increases the level of nitric oxide, after transfer. Also, there's no need. Not sure what the benefit of CoQ10 would be either after ET in any case?

Definitely also stop the vitamin E. You don't want megadose anything once an embryo is on board

Thanks Banana, I thought I'd read that l'arginine is good for implantation?!? How are you doing?
