I've been to an acupuncture fertility specialist and she said vit D, omega 3, Coenzyme q 10 but that's for trying naturally without ivf so don't know if that's any help. Hope it all goes well

Hi mullo i will be doing my second round of ICSI next month, i start off with the nasal spray too, Synarel!
For my first cycle i took pregnacare conception and had been taking it for a long time previously.
This time i felt i wanted to do more as last time failed so i did some research and i now take ubiquinol, vit c, vit e, vit d, zinc, folic acid, and omega 3 in addition to the pregnacare! Hoping it might give my body an extra boost!
Got my DH on vitamins too as we have MFI

Xxx

Thank you. Yes i had the Synarel spray last time, it can give you bad headaches, especially if you don't drink enough as it dehydrates the body, i was drinking about 3 litres of water a day sometimes more! Other than that its not too bad, i felt quite drained and didnt sleep well for the first week or so but it was hard to tell if it was the spray or just the emotion of it all! Everyone reacts differently tho so just look after yourself xxx
