Appointment tomorrow

My husband and I have our first appointment tomorrow at the egg donation clinic. we've been told that our best chance will probably be embryo donation. At 36 I knew I might have some problems but now scared at the thought of maybe having to wait a long time for a donor. The pack they sent out has loads of information but all too much to take in & think of questions for tomorrow. Any advice or success stories from people in similar situations would be very much appreciated xx

Hi- sorry to be nosey but just wondered why they've said you can't use your own eggs? Sorry if I've missed a previous thread about it.

Chattycat test results came back with not really the ones we expected and with only having one chance our specialist said best option would be by donor. Had a few appointments to get tested etc from the start of June might've been talking to you then on previous threads about my results. Appointment went really well today everything at moment seems positive just have to wait a short period of time before advertising.

Many clinics abroad have donors ready

Also a lot cheaper abroad and confidential

In uk yourchild can find her donor at 18

Abroad no details and confidential - won't even go on your medical notes

Prague (think gest) and serum in Athens are often mentioned for de

Thank you blondeshavemorefun our consultant had told us about the option of going abroad but he'd said about Spain. Think I wanted to use our free chance first. Hopefully we'll be one of the lucky ones but you never know. X
