Going for our first appointment at the (in)fertility clinic tomorrow, having been referred by GP. What should I be asking, any advice very welcome please!
(back story: DH has been checked out and is v.fertile. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 8 years ago, 2 laparoscopies 6months apart in 2010/11, mirena for 5 years, replaced last year and it went badly wrong, leaving me with a huge pelvic infection - emergency surgery meant I lost my right ovary and fallopian tube, and they advised us to start TTC immediately - 15months later and no luck (but of course we're now 15months down the line where my endo hasn't been under control so that's probably raging). I also have PCOS and a bicornurate uterus for good measure. Progesterone levels were down on testing, but the GP insisted on testing on day 21 of a 34day cycle...
