I've just had a letter today, a copy of what the gynaecology department have sent my GP. it says 'her ultrasound showed a normal uterus with an endometrial thickness of 11mm. There was evidence of possible adenolysis. Both ovaries looked polycystic, however her AMH was normal 14.2 and not indicative of PCOS"
So it's unexplained apparently but I've never heard of adenolysis, my gyn didn't mention it when she told me my ultrasound results. I've tried googling it but not much comes up.

I've tried contacting but the secretary is on annual leave SadI'm getting all worried

I wondered if it was a typo as adenolysis doesn't seem to be linked to fertility, so I added fertility into the search and it autocorrected to adenomyosis which is a condition of the uterus. But it's a pretty big deal so I'd be surprised that the gynae didn't mention it. Best to get some clarity I think.

I think it's probably adenomyosis too. Endometriosis of the uterus itself. I have this too, I still managed to have a son eventually Flowers

Than you. I thought ithat was a typo myself and I've tried to get on touch with gynaecologist but nothing.
