Thanks Bee, I'm going to look into Zita and get some bed time reading on the go I think.

Banana - so do you have one of those conception 'pregnacare' vitamins everyday and the extra vitamins on top of that? It's just that my consultant was saying that that was all she recommends I take but she doesn't know how crazy this is making me and I do feel like I should be taking other supplements just in case. My AMH or FSH (I can't remember!) levels aren't great for my age apparently and she hasn't recommended anything for that. I really need to get this book I think. Can you get it from any high street shops?

This whole thing is just driving me loopy now.

I take pregnacare daily, and on top I take

-10,000iu vitamin D
-1000iu vitamin E

  • 5mg folic acid (prescribed for epilepsy)
  • iron tablets
  • omega 3
  • inofolic (containing 4mg inositol)

When prepping for my fresh cycles I added in for additional egg quality support
  • 300mg CoQ10 as ubiquinol
  • 200mg resveratrol
  • 3mg melatonin during stims only

I've swapped the egg quality stuff out now our embryos are made, and I'm taking the above plus 6g l-arginine daily

The l-arginine and vitamin E are part of a protocol for thin lining
