Endometriosis and conception

Hi all, ttc for 2 1/2 years and just had operation this week to remove endometriosis and just interested if any one with endometriosis has fallen pregnant naturally or if my natural route is still ivf?

Hiya, I've only recently been diagnosed with endo adhesions but I had my daughter naturally 4 years ago and in all likelihood I had the ending then as had classic symptoms. Took over a year ttc. Have fallen pregnant once since but unfortunately m/c early. It can happen but if you're eligible for NHS ivf I would get on a waiting list just in case as it takes a while. Good luck!
