When to have estradiol blood test?

The fertility clinic has asked me to have a few more blood tests before first appointment. Estradiol is one of them. Does anyone know if there's a specific day of the cycle I should do this? The clinic haven't mentioned anything but it just occurred to me.

It's usually day 2-5 of your cycle especially if they're doing a FSH blood test as well. I'm assuming since it's your first appointment you're not on any fertility meds as if you are that may change things.
