Has anyone else's OH been told to cut out / cut back on alcohol before IVF?

Honestly absent terrible sperm issues 14 units a week which is small glass of wine a night is not going to affect results. Having been through mc, ivf and infertility I do think depriving yourself of small pleasures which for me included coffee and wine was not worth the stress it caused! If you can encourage him to take a good vitamin supplement including zinc and anti oxidants that should have a. I have bigger effect on sperm quality.
