Showing early after multiple miscarriage

so, all in all i've had 7 miscarriages that i know of. I'm now pregnant again and haven't been for over a year. i found out on thursday as i felt all the symptoms and felt as if i was showing. I had what i thought was a period last month but also felt pregnant then too. I'm already showing? i look at least 4 months gone and im struggling to hide it. at 8 weeks tops how is the possible?

Bowel gas and bloating, very common early on to look big. It will settle down. Multiples is a chance too.

Jesus multiples :0 i don't know what i think about that idea... I'm just keeping everything crossed that i get to keep one in there.
