Short luteal phase + breastfeeding

Any advice? My LO is 2 and still breastfed once a day. I've been checking my ovulation for about six months (as kept being surprised by 'early' periods, ruining lots of nice bed linen!) long story short:

I seem to have s short luteal phase of about 7-9 days, and a fairly irregular cycle anyway. Anything I can eat/ take to lengthen my luteal phase while breastfeeding?

Blahia- i breastfed ds till he was 3yrs, no periods for 2yrs till i stopped night feeds. Then on brief morning and evening feeds had periods but also short luteal phase about 9-10 days, did acupuncture and got to 12-13days (sadly mc but inrelated to bfeeding) once finally stopped returned to 13-14days. Did nt really want to take much by way of supplements while bfeeding but i think b6 can help too but ultimatley you might not be totally back to normal till you stop. Good luck, i know how frustrating it can be.
