First Appointment

Hi!

Hubby and I have our first appointment at the fertility clinic in a couple of weeks. Anyone got an tips or can let us know what to expect?

We have already had a couple of tests. We know I don't have PCOS and I don't ovulate and hubby is fine. Here's hoping xx

We had ours on Friday. We just saw a nurse this time. She went through our history with a fine tooth comb and did an internal scan on me. She's asked for rubella immunity test, Chlamydia test (both if these are automatically done) and then I'm to repeat my day 2-5 test as my fsh was a bit higher than they would expect and my prolactin levels are to be checked. I also have to have a smear and dp has to undergo a second sa as his morphology wasn't good. We're booked in to see the doctor in a few weeks.
I was really nervous when we went but came out feeling much more positive. The nurse was so nice and the appointment wasn't rushed. Plus my scan showed I was ovulating so it was a relief to know that bit is working as it should, when it should.

Just wanted to add, I knew I was close to ovulation before the scan so took sperm friendly lubricant for the wand thing. I said I hoped she didn't think I was mad but I didn't want ky up there killing DP's swimmers
