Secondary infertility - now what?

My GP wrote secondary infertility on my notes when discussing ttc for past year. I'm 41. Had v early mc 6months ago. I have normal fsh and amh and getting prog tested today (hopefully). Oh just had SA so we're waiting for the results of that. Scans and laperoscopy show absolutely nothing abnormal. We have one dc who's 6. Fell pregnant while take big the pill so really didn't expect this kind of issue when everything appears to be working normally. Periods are regular if painful.

I take ubiquinol, megnesium, zinc, b6,12 &9, iron & vit c, calcium & vit d and levothyroxine for a well controlled under active thyroid.
I take epo until ov
Agnus Castus and cassinovum boost (macca) didn't agree with me.

I get acupuncture every 2 weeks

We dtd every day leading up to ov and for three days after (so temp rise is confirmed) also use opks
What else can I do?
I can't afford Ivf & doubt we'd get NHS help - any advice?

Pay privately to get the Endrometrial scratch done Only. Suppose to help with implantation, between £100-£250.

If you read up on it, their is a lot of good reviews/research.

You could also maybe just pay for IUI rather than IVF, if you are confident that nothing much is wrong with you. Again much cheaper than IVF.

Semen analysis is about £150.

Or sperm friendly lube: Pre-seed i ordered mine on Amazon. Some extra fluid for the little guys to swim in.
