Hi there,
Does anyone have the "it all starts with the egg book" I'm trying to order my supplements but can't remember the doses and I don't have the book with me!!
I need the advanced plan and am looking for dose recommendations for:
Vitamin E
Vitamin C
CoQ10 Ubiquinol
DHEA

Can anyone have a look on their copies for me?! Thanks so much!!!! xxxx

DHEA micronised 25mg three times a day (75mg total)

CoQ10 as ubiquinol 300mg daily, double to 600mg if taking the cheaper ubiquinone (if it doesn't say ubiquinol on the bottle, it's the regular stuff)

Vitamin C 500mg daily

Vitamin E 200iu

I bought Solgar brand ubiquinol

And cheapo vitamin C from boots!

Just done cycle 3

Had very low AMH and high FSH, saw improved egg and embryo quality between cycles 1 and 2

Got pregnant from cycle 2, miscarried at 10w but tissue testing showed the embryo was chromosomally normal (ie the miscarriage wasn't due to embryo quality)

Just done cycle 3 as a freeze all for PGS testing - hopefully doing a FET next month

Fingers crossed for you! Do you have your dates yet? I am hopefully starting on CD21 I'm waiting for AF and CD1 at the moment. Then need to have s scan to check I don't have any fluid in my uterus as I did last time for some reason! Fingers crossed its gone so I can start. Don't know what protocol I'll be on or anything yet!

Dates are all dependent on when I get my period - due tomorrow, started spotting so am hoping it's on its way

Will go in for baseline on day 2/3 and if I've had a proper period (haven't had a bleed since the miscarriage and Dr wants me to have a proper clear out) and scan looks OK we will start me on oestrogen and get cracking with the FET straight away

Oh and egg quality stuff definitely didn't do any harm

Got PGS testing results back

Of 12 embryos tested, 6 came back as chromosomally normal

Brilliant!!! I've got to go in on CD 6/7 for a scan to check the fluid in my uterus has gone - weird! Then if all ok I can start in CD21. But haven't gone through all the process yet X
