Low semen volume

DH did a sperm test. All the results (volume, motology etc) were fine but dr flagged up low volume. She said this could be explained if he had split some of the sample when doing the test, however, since having a hernia operation 2 years ago, DH said he has noticed that he produces a lot less volume when ejaculating. I checked and it seems that this can be an issue, even if the volume/density etc are ok, as there is not enough fluid etc to get to the egg. Does anyone have any experience of this?

Thanks Hyland. He got a count of 249 million sperm which seems to be only just in the range of normal, 250 million being the max. So volume may not be an issue. Talk about super potent stuff! Makes it even harder to understand why I am not pregnant.

Consultant told my partner to take:
L Carnitign supplement
Zinc
Selenium (very smelly tiny tablet)

To help with count and mobility we saw a big improvement.

I've heard horney goat weed is what porn stars use for their money shot. (sorry) ...
Not sure if that is true but if it is then it would make sense for your partner to try for the purposes of increasing fluid.

Also reccommend Pre seed sperm friendly lube may help the little huys have more stuff to swim in lol.
