Day 10 and no follicles..SICK AS A PIG

First month of clomid, though I already ovulate on my own. I have 30-34 day cycles and got positive opk around cd11-14. Today is day 10 and I went for a scan and there's loads of small ones but no larger dominant ones. Getting a bit worried, he's told me to come back on Friday day 13 which will be another £125
Has anyone had none at day 10 but then went onto having measurable follicles? Am i out for the month? I'm poo scared incase the clomid has had a reverse effect and stopped me ovulating

A lot can change within 3 days with stimulating drugs like gonal f. However i skipped the clomid option so I'm not sure.

Do you know the sizes of the ones you have got? Or is that your point that he didn't bother to measure as so small.

Maybe you just need a higher dose of the clomid!

From my understanding Clomid definitely doesn't interfere with you ovulating. If you were already ovulating before you started Clomid than it would just make you ovulate stronger and possibly a little earlier.

Do you know for certain that you were ovulating naturally before? I was getting positive opks but 10 weeks of consecutive blood tests confirmed that I wasn't ovulating at all! Positive opks are just picking up on a surge, it doesn't guarantee that you actually ovulated.

It may be that you just need a bigger dose of Clomid to get things going. It might be that it's simply too early to see any dominant follicles yet and by day 13/14 there will be some.

It turned out that I was Clomid resistant so it didn't do anything for me even on the highest dose, but this is pretty rare as far as I'm aware.

Thanks for your replies. I done 2 sets of progesterone blood tests with my gp. Needed a level of 30 and my first lot was 29 and second 31. So ovulating but borderline. I usually get a positive opk at day 11/12 but got nothing today (cd11). I'm hoping clomid will just make me ovulate a little later and not completely messed me up. I hope to see at least 1 large follicle this Friday.

Is it a possibility that all this time before clomid, I was ovulating but only small eggs? But still shows that I'm ovulating in bloods and opks
