Infertility
tests

Hi,
I just wondered if anyone could enlighten me a little on further tests that we may be asked to do regarding our fertility journey so far.
Been trying for 1 1/2 years, I've had ultrasounds, vaginal scan, up to date smear, hysteroscopy and biopsy taken, blood tests during my period and then a blood test for thyroid and pituitary gland. My OH has provided a sample too and all fine. We are awaiting our referral appointment with the hospital on 18 May.
I know everyone is different so what tests you went through or are going through may be very different to me. But just feeling anxious about the next steps so any words of advice would be great.
My periods are irregular (now around 31-40 day cycle) so they haven't been able to the 28 day progesterone test.
Thanks, x

Ps sorry I'm fairly new to this site (about 2 weeks, my first few posts were rants!) so I'm not great on the abbreviations and maybe quite naive in my post above but feels better to at least ask X

Dye test: hysterosalpingogram (HSG) is an X-ray test that examines the inside of uterus and fallopian tubes using a dye fluid.

Saline scan doesnt have radiation a uses ultrasound waves to map out the womb.
I was made to have both and the saline one again recently.
