Hi sounds. I can't help with your issue but just to let you know that there is a great infertility forum that I found really useful on our baby making journey. It has a board designated to male factor infertility. You might find it useful. www.fertilityfriends.co.uk/forum/index.php?board=35.0
All the best

Hi soundofsilence, my Dh is essentially infertile, he does have some sperm but numbers and quality are so low only ICSI with tese gives us a chance of pregnancy. Its been a long hard road so far. Are you struggling? Have you just found out? Feel free to post any questions you have here or inbox me if you prefer to talk privately

Hi soundofsilence my dh has high fsh, low testosterone and azoospermia. He had a micro tese last month, basically they opened his balls and looked for sperm using a microscope. They also removed some of the sperm manufacturing tubes and matured them overnight but unfortunately found no sperm so it's the end of road for our fertility journey. Feel free to ask me anything about sperm supplements, surgery, fresh tese sperm cycles etc. Good luck to your spermies x
