Hi soundofsilence my dh has high fsh, low testosterone and azoospermia. He had a micro tese last month, basically they opened his balls and looked for sperm using a microscope. They also removed some of the sperm manufacturing tubes and matured them overnight but unfortunately found no sperm so it's the end of road for our fertility journey.
