Clomid 50 mg 2-9

Hi everyone, just wanted to share my story. I'm 26 and have been TTC since I was 18. I've had surgery 3 times between age 20-24 for ovarian cystecomy and some endometriosis removed. All went fine and recovered well. finally got referred to a specialist and I had all the scans a dye test and blood tests on specific days. My periods were between 32&40 days sometimes. So after learning my tubes were good and my womb I was prescribed clomid 50mg for days 2-9. I had follicle tracking 2nd month and a progesterone test a week after. Which was good. I have never been pregnant, this is my third round of clomid. I'm starting to give up hope. Any advice or similar stories to mine??

Me (22) and my fiancé (28) have been trying for 1.5years with no success to then find out I have pcos. Nothing wrong with my partner just me. We have just done our first cycle of 50mg clomid without success. I'm praying it will work for us. I have very very irregular cycles so before I take clomid every month I have to take notethistone to get my periods going which sucks because my cycles are soooo long. I'm taking clomid day 2-6. Normally is only taken for 5 days

Praying it works for us both :) I'm so impatient nowadays . 8 years is such a long time :(

Keep me updated on how things go for you! I'm fingers are crossed for us both. I have an appointment 30th March to see how my 21day blood tests went to see if I'm ovulating or not. I not the she will up me to 100mg

I will do, and you too. good luck for the 30th. I don't have an Appt now until April. I'm tired of waiting around all the time you know

I know exactly how you feel. I've been left for 3 months on clomid with no tracking or anything until the last month I will have my 21 day bloods when my period comes. Hoping on the 30th they will up my dosage and track my follicles etc

I hope they do, I'm at my fertile stage now I suppose. So gotta wait a couple weeks yet to see AF shows up or if I can take a test. Do you use OPK?? I've never had any joy with them, never a line there and if there is its faint so that's also considered negative. I know I ovulated last month because of my scan and bloods. All the opk's say negative . Confusing

Stay away from opks! They will give you false answers if you have pcos like me. I just have to rely on blood tests and scans. I never get a positive opk. Waste of time and money.
