I appreciate that they will perhaps know me better.

If everything is so unexplained and I'm supposedly a good candidate.

Everything went well type thing.

When do u decide to move onto another clinic.

Hi, I think it depends on how you feel about your fc. The follow up appointment after failure is important. If they give you confidence about the reasons for failure, are willing to tailor things a bit if needed, and you like the team then there probably isn't a lot to be gained from changing. If you have doubts about these things, no harm in doing a consult elsewhere and see if anything different is on offer. I changed at the point where it was clear my fc had nothing else to offer me and I'm glad I did so. I'd also suggest reading agate's guide to a failed cycle on ff website for an idea of questions to ask and ideas for things you might consider next time or if shopping around for a new place.
