Advice on Fertility Clinics please?

Can anyone help me advice/recommendations for private fertility clinics/consultants? I am 44 and we are looking to move into the private sector for help with fertility. Am aware my eggs are probably hard boiled at my age so am starting to consider DE and am not sure who to go to for help! Has anybody had any experiences that might help me find the right direction?

Hi, we went to Reprofit Clinic in the Czech Republic for DEIVF, and would recommend it. Have a look at this thread, and also at the fertility friends website.

We did look at DE in the UK, but it seemed that waiting lists would be quite long.

Thanks PaperPlaneDown, have thought about going abroad but due to circumstances would prefer DE in the UK if poss. Were the long waiting times private of NHS? I have APS so need to find a Consultant who has experience with this as well.

The waiting times were to do with finding a suitable donor. It seems to depend on what part of the country you live in. We didn't have any IVF experience with the NHS as I was already early-mid 40s so not eligible.

Yes, there are a lot of sections - it seems to have expanded since I last looked! The Regional section might be useful if you're trying to find a consultant with specific experience.
