hi all,
i have started temp charting and i am a bit worried by how low my temp is. Its normally 35.60 sometimes 35.40 and sometimes 35.80 but never higher until after ovulation. Is this something i should be concerned about? ther is a very strong family history of hypothyroidism - all my sisters and mum have it. i was lasted tested 2 years ago and it was normal. i do feel tired a lot but then again were going through the stress of infertility so it could just be that.

should i be concerned?

Ask your dr for a blood test which will confirm it either way and explain to them about your temps which is why you're asking.
I've just asked for a blood test because various things seem to be pointing to anovulation.

I would have a blood test done to see what your hormone levels are like with regards to your thyroid gland. Ongoing tiredness can relate to thyroid problems and there is family history.
