fertility treatment abroad? anybody have advice

Hi does anyone please have any advice on iui treatment or ivf treatment abroad? We are so worried to find somewhere but prices seem so more efficient and we want to go ahead

lucie would they require you to have a hycosy scan pic for this to happen? If not then we may well look at doing it all in Feb. How long would you need to stay for everything to be done? Would you be injecting etc at home before hand? Could you send me a link to the clinic you're using?

No vap you don't need hycosy. They ask for blood tests so fsh, LH, amh and maybe one or two others. My gp did all of mine apart from amh. They will then set a protocol for you and discuss it all via email. You do your injecting in the uk and if you want to cut down on time out in Czech you can also get your scans done in the uk as well. You will need two scans normally on day 8 and 10 of your cycle. You then head out to Czech ready for egg collection. You could get away with staying for 7 days only.

Hi, I am looking for some advice if possible. I have had all test done and ready in theory to start the meds on 23rd Nov ish. We are looking to attend the Gynem Clinic in Prague. I am obviously very nervous as it is our first try. Have been looking into it for months but now that it could be next week, I am freaking out just a little.
Can anyone help in answering a few worries for me?

1. What if i am late or early, will it affect my traveling? should I book an open flight or get return flight at a later date i.e. when in prague.
2. Can anyone recommend insurance companies that would cover this procedure?

Any help and advice would be great and so overwhelmed with everything it would be nice to hear from others xx

Hi all, I'm with Reprofit Brno as well. I really like them! Very efficient and quick. I have been there 4 times now for EC, 2xET and tests. I travel to Prague and take a train to Brno. Sometime travel to London and then fly to Brno directly. Once travelled there via Bratislava and Vienna. Still waiting for bfp but so far our fertilization rate and the amount of blasts in the freezer exceed our results in the UK clinic so I am happy!

Last month I went there for an ERA test, it's £1100 in the UK plus an extended consultation so another £250.. I ended up paying £1000 to get it done in Reprofit this included flights, test and hotel! The only patented Lab that performs the test is in the UK! I can't believe it was cheaper and much quicker for me to travel to Brno for the test and them sending my sample back to the UK than finding a willing clinic in the UK who could perform it with no hustle.

Hated Brno and Reprofit didn't work for us, so we went to Miracle in Cyprus with Dr F. Amazing. Best decision I've made in a long time.

I am 40 with children from my previous marriage of 17 years and now me and my current partner wish to have child together and so we did the right thing by starting to eat healthy cut back on drink take folic acid and pre pregnancy vitamins. then we just have not been able to get pregnant for the past 7 months so decided to go see a private fertility clinic Cherish and my partner had semen analysis which can back ok in fact e was over the moon by being told he pre much had super sperm! so i had my Scan too see how my follicles were so we may plan the right time to convince and had AHM blood test done. Scan come back ok however my AHM levels are 1.6 i am now gutted and looking at clinic in brno Reprofit.
I just want to know ladies what the process is with how quick you can have IVF or can get an appointment with reprofit?
As now I am panicking as I have diminishing ovarian reserve. So i have Secondary infertility

Any advise or any useful info on the clinic or anything that I may need to be made aware of.
