What the heck is a decidual cyst?

Hi! I had a hysteroscopy and a laparoscopy yesterday to remove an ovarian cyst and investigate my uterus and tubes. Everything went well but they told me they had removed the ovarian cyst and a decidual cyst. Trouble is that the doctor told me this as I awoke so I was groggy and didn't ask the right questions.

So do any of you know what one is?

Thanks.

Sorry, I don't know, but the results would be sent to your GP on a letter so why don't you book appt to go in and discuss?

I have an appointment to go to see the consultant in 6 weeks. We've been ttc for 4 years and I've waited 6 months for the op so I'm just being impatient and there doesn't seem to be much online about it. :)
