Create Fertility - Experiences

My husband and I went to the open day clinic at Create Fertility and came out of it thinking this place might be a possibility of exploring why we aren't falling pregnant. Does anyone have any good or bad experiences with them? Any advice?

Hi there, we have male factor infertility but i do want conventional ivf so was really pleased when we found create and its pioneering natural ivf. I have weight to lose before we can start so we have not been for open day or booked consultation. however, DH needed a repeat SA so we decided it would be a good way to test out create. Unfortunately it did not go well. Firstly, it was meant to be same day results but they explained when he got there they would need to post results as they were busy, which is fine. Only 2 weeks later they still hadn't arrived so he chased, they said they would email over that day. They didn't. So next day he chased again they said a lab analyst would call him by lunch time, they didn't. So he chased again, they said they would email the results that day - they emailed a blank form. The next day he chased and they eventually sent him the results but it had zero written in every column which he doesn't know if he believes after all the chasing that was needed. We were very disappointed, especially as no apology was given which makes me think its not an unusual occurance. I instantly ruled create out of the options for treatment but a few weeks later and i am starting to read similar stories at other clinics so i wonder if thats just something you have to put up with as they are all so busy. I will still attend an open day and explore as i really like the ethos of the clinic and i really want natural ivf.
