So had my first scan since starting suprecur 17 days ago (gosh isn't time flying) and all nice and quiet so the meds have worked hooray! Have had minimal side effects, was worried that it hadn't worked! So 6 follicles on the right and 8 on the left, is that an okay amount? Starting 3 vials of menopur this evening around 7pm, I wanted to wait til 10pm to cover late shifts in work but the nurse showing us how to do the mixing insisted it had to be latest 7pm :/ Luckily I'm on holiday atm, so I'm okay for a week, and then I'll have to swap some shifts if need be. Had a proper look at the second needle today (hard to see thru the packaging) and its actually not too bad, slightly longer than the suprecur but thinner so I'm feeling more confident :) So fingers crossed for the next step :)
