Hello - just a few words of comfort for those thinking that their ovarian reserves are only going downhill...
I was tested in 2011 and had a poor AMH score of 3.68 and a low follicle count of 3 and 4.
I was just tested again and my AMH is 3.75 (marginally better, especially as I am four years older!) and my follicle count has more than doubled to 8 and 10!
So don't be too disheartened by low test scores... They can go up as well as down!
