Viagra and Azoospermia

was told by hospital that i have azoospermia and after multiple tests awaiting results of hormone and testosterone levels which having to wait 3 months for :(

so as a result of all this, me and dp are struggling to have sex, went ti drs about this and they prescribed me Viagra and told to see if it helps.

took a tablet and nothing! absolute nothing!

Anyone who has any advice please help!
kinda wish i never found out as we had a great relationship between us and we both are needing help

Sounds more psychological than medical, can you have access to a fertility counsellor?

Maybe spend more time on foreplay aspects with your partner, take the emphasis off ejaculation?
