how would u know if u had no eggs left in your ovaries i have low ovarian reserve for a year and i have been going down hill my period was late by 3 weeks then i have a slight bleed a week before my period and now its gone I'm worried i have no eggs left i have just turned 40 and I'm so fed up with my body i don't know what to do has this happened to any one else

You can get your follicles counted. Vaginal ultrasound, takes about 10 minutes. I had one done privately by a nurse. I just wanted to know my number before we started ttc.
