CCG Funding Wait Time

After 6 failed cycles of clomid, the consultant gynae is referring us for IVF. My hubbie's swimmers are sub optimal, my day 21 low and one blocked tube, so we easily meet all the criteria.
How long have people waited from getting this referral to getting the nod from the CCG and their first appointment with the IVF clinic?
FYI, We are in North and East Herts CCG

We waited 3 months for our first consultation after getting referred and 9 months after that to cycle. We are near manchester, some ccgs use clinics with no waits and some have 2 year lists, I think it's dependent on your clinic more than your CCG. Good luck
