Natural Killer Cells

Hoping someone can help!
Just started the process of IVF as I have endo was tested for natural killer cells result came back as raised at 42, apparently normal level is 30
So my question (bit long winded sorry) all my scans came back clear, 15 follicles on my one ovary, hormone levels fine, thrombotic risk profile and antibodies fine. Was planning on starting IVF on my next cycle but would it be better to get treated for the NK cells (injections and infusions and some other drugs) and try naturally for a few months? Did anyone else try this?

I actually have a couple of friends with this condition. Both are now going down the path of treatment for the NK cells and trying naturally, one of them has had two babies since. Good luck.

Hi yes I would definitely treat the natural killer cells issue first, in my case it was only sorting that out that resulted in successful implantation after 4 years of trying. Not sure about whether then it would be better to try naturally or go forward with the IVF, depends if time is on your side etc but definitely sort out the killer cells first. Good luck! Let me know if you want any more info

There's a thread in the conception forum for NK cells (The Pred Thread). I'm sure they'll have buckets of advice. Good luck!

Thanks all! So tricky to decide what to do..... I guess first things first get through all the drugs etc to treat the cells then see what the next blood test says!
