Am about to start stimming and feeling very disorganised this time WRT best things to eat, drink, do to potentially help treatment along.
Am doing acupuncture, drinking the odd peppermint tea - but not really enjoying it and have cut out caffeine... Sob!
Food wise, I seem to remember protein is good - eggs, chicken; plus a couple of brazil nuts, almonds and walnuts per day? And also avocado? I haven't been great in including the above but am trying to get organised now.
Has anyone got any tips / suggestions please to save me from drowning in Google and old wives tales? Thanks!
