I have purchases some Agnus Castus but didn't want to start using it u til AF came.
However, I am onto cd133 now and no sign what so ever of AF.
I am just getting more and more bloated and uncomfortable so want to sort this out and bring on AF and am getting desperate.
Is it ok to start Agnus Castus mid cycle?
I tried to book a go appointment but the next available slot isn't until 6th April.
