What can I do health-wise whilst saving up for IVF?

I'm 34 and we have been ttc#2 for three years. DD is 5.
I have one blocked tube but everything else is normal. So we are saving up for IVF. Have about £2k so far.

Whilst we wait, I want to do everything I can to be healthy and 'fertile'. I don't drink much, I have a relatively active lifestyle - busy job on my feet all day, ride my bike.
Is it worth cutting out caffeine? I drink about 2 cups of coffee a day and more Pepsi than I should. What everyday vitamins do people take to aid fertility?

How's your weight? (Is there ever a situation where this isn't rude to ask!?) I had to get my BMI down below 30 before we started going through all the motions pre-treatment (I should be starting my first cycle in the next month) Also I'm taking some conception vitamins. Anything with folic acid really. I started taking them ages ago, before doing all the weight loss, just because I knew they wouldn't do any harm. I wouldn't worry about any other vitamins unless you need them for some other reason.

Otherwise I think the trick is just to keep fit and healthy.

Well my BMI is actually 18.5 and I'm wondering if I'm a little underweight and this may be playing a part.
I'm about 8.5 stone but I eat a regular and relatively healthy diet.

Forget about saving and have your treatment done abroad where it costs little more than £2k!
