Hi everyone.
Soo, my DP and I have been TTC for nearly 2 years. I'm 24 and he is 26. My cycle has always been a perfect (for the most part) 26 day cycle for as long as I can remember, with just the occasional month that's been a day late. The latest I have ever been has been 2 days, but my last cycle was nuts. I really thought it finally happened for us, but 4 days late AF showed.making me have a 30 day cycle last month. I thought it was a one off but this month again I'm 4 days late, so day 30 of my cycle again and still no show of AF. I have no idea why my cycle is changing so drastically all of a sudden.
Have been to the GP today and have got myself booked in for my 21 day bloods to be done to check for Ovulation. Just so fed up with it and needed a vent. Hmm

Has he been tested to date and if not why is that?. It is little to no point solely testing you alone; subfertility is not the sole preserve of the female.

Have you not as yet been referred either?. The GP should really now refer you as a couple to a hospitals subfertility unit rather than just test you further. After 18 plus months of ttc without success it is likely that either one, or equally both of you, have some sort of fertility issue. You need a diagnosis first and foremost.

Hi there Angel

I too have had regular periods all my life. After going to the doctors we had the sperm analysis and my day 4 and day 21 bloods only to find I wasn't ovulating.

Three months have since passed and I've had an HSG to rule out blocked tubes and transvaginal scan to rule out ovary issues. Our second appointment with the consultant is the 24th March when they said they'd start me on clomid.

Keep positive though...you both might be fine and you've just not had sex enough! Perhaps you should try ovulation predictor kits? I knew I wasn't ovulating because of my basal body temperatures and the lack of the egg white cervical mucus.

Good luck xxx
