blood test results - PCOS - help?

I have polycystic ovaries which are clear on ultrasounds.
I have a child from IVF and am trying for a sibling.
I got my blood tests repeated in the last few weeks as they were last done 4 years ago before my IVF cycle. Back then they were normal, despite ovaries being visibly polycystic.

My results are as follows:
day 4 - FSH 5.3, LH 7, oestradiol 232
day 21 progesterone - 58 (was actually done on day 22 of a 31 day cycle)

My clinic says bloods confirm ovulatory PCOS.

Recent scans show ovaries are clearly v polycystic still.

I did a frozen cycle using a frostie from my successful fresh cycle at the end of last year. I got pregnant but miscarried just under 7 weeks.

We're trying naturally for a bit and weighing up treatment options. We still have two frozen embies but are also considering a fresh cycle as I'll be 38 later this year. GP has also given me glucophage / metformin to try and one month supply of Clomid to take next month.

Thoughts please?
