Pregnancy testing with infertility - do you?

I have been recently diagnosed with PCOS and am on CD100 today.

Ever since the diagnosis I stopped buying tests.

The last test I took was November.

My previous cycle before this one was 135 days long.

For those of you out there with infertility / PCOS do you still POAS? is it worth it or would it just get hopes up for nothing?

I am only starting to question it now as I am exhausted, ill with cystitis, getting fat around my middle etc...

I still test. Well, I did before I started ivf a few weeks ago. The one and only time I managed to get pregnant, it was ectopic so on top of infertility issues, I do not trust my own body one bit. So - yeah - I still test Confused

It's not impossible to conceive with PCOS, just harder. You should take a test if it will stop you wondering "what if". If it's BFN at least you know and can move on. Are you seeking treatment?

I was referred for fertility treatment on 6th jan.

Still awaiting first appointment.
Could be a while they say.

I was about to buy some HPT's and then was tracing up more on how PCOS can cause many false negatives anyway.
So seems like a waste.

I am on metformin now so if AF still hasn't arrived by CD 135 (longest I had gone before) I will seek pregnancy tests.

I am getting fatter round the middle and exhausted but don't have tender breasts or dislike of certain foods and no sickness. So I assume I am just getting fat!
