Early Blast and Morula Transfer

Day 5 and all we had was a morula and an early blastocyst. Any success stories? Our very own daughter was a slow growing embryo but I always assumed her sticking was a fluke. Any positive stories welcome x

I don't have a success story to share with you (yet) but I had one fairly early blastocyst put back on day 5 a few days ago, and the embryologist was very positive. There was a second embryo that was very nearly as good but we chose to put just the one back as this is our first round and my H would prefer to avoid twins. The next day they froze two that were looking good that day.

When did you have your transfer? I hope you are feeling OK. It's getting annoying thinking about it all the time and monitoring for every little twinge!

We had our transfer on Saturday. I've had tummy cramps all day today. That's interesting that your embryologist was positive. How early was you blast? Thanks for your reply!

They just said it was a good looking grade 2 early blastocyst. I hope your cramps are a good sign and mean yours is making itself at home! Mine felt a bit like it might be digging itself in yesterday but who knows what all the weird feelings actually mean. Let's think positive, come on tinies :0)

Good luck Catnip. Did the embryologist comment on the fact that it's early? Did he/she say it matters?

Anyone else?

Mine were always put back on day 3 so i dont know. But weve had 2 pg out of 6 embryos transferred (3et) so not too bad.
Chances seem higher with ones growing at 'right' speed but quality also makes a difference. And a lot of luck.
Last time we had a 8 and 10 cell both a/b grade 1 stuck but who knows which.
