i have azoospermia, any advice on dealing with this?

found out from 2 semen tests that i have no sperm count and just had a blood test for hormones and testerone and came back normal, just waiting for hospital appointment this week, any ideas what to expect?

Sorry to hear that timelord. I'm guessing you will see a urologist to see if you have any blockages in your tubes, which they may be able to fix. Failing that they might be able to extract sperm directly from the testes to use for ivf if that is a route you and your partner are willing to go down. Lets hope they can fix it without going down the 2nd option. Good luck :-)
