Access to IVF

I am wondering if you can help me. I have had 2 mid-term losses, and struggling to conceive again. My GP have advised me that because my partner has had children with a previous partner, we are unable to access IVF in our area on the NHS, as outlined by some CCG's (Clinical Commissioning Groups). I believe that this is unfair, as you cannot change the past, so why should this hinder a womans right to IVF?

I need 100,000 signatures by the end of March to be considered in parliament, thanks!

Hello

Not all ccgs follow this rule you know only some do, its up to each individual CCG if they follow the nice guidelines. Good on you for doing the petition but I think its been done many times over and nothing changes. Is there a CCG near you that funds? They do in my area as my DP has a child, I even know of a woman with 3 children who got funded as non were with get current partner
