Does anyone know about this? My DH has high DNA fragmentation so we have been recommended IMSI (icsi but with a really really strong microscope.) All stories/advice welcome! X

Yes, we are having IMSI, it's been recommended to us by our clinic and does have a much higher success rate than standard ICSI.

I only found out today, so not really sure why it has been recommended.

Do you mind if I ask which clinic you are with?

Has IMSI been suggested to you for the same reason as us battery?

Anyone else? X

No, I just thought if we were going to have ICSI, then we might as well go for the Uber-ICSI, so to speak.

Where did you get your diagnosis of DNA fragmentation from? I don't think it is part if the usual SA in most UK clinics so I think there might be fewer ladies (well, DHs) with the same diagnosis.
