Advice needed - just got results back - not good.

We have only been TTC DC2 5 months but just had a feeling something wasn't right. Periods always a bit irregular but otherwise no real reason for this concern.

GP agreed to run tests which have come back today and results are really not looking good so I'm just hoping to hear from anyone else in this situation and to learn a bit more about what might lie ahead for us.

Results are:

Sorry to hear of your news but there is still hope for you, IVF is the best option and some of these clinics can be amazing. Ask about ICSI, this is amazing for low sperm quality and quantity and they can inject a single sperm in to an egg. Also they can give you the right meditation to stimulate your ovaries to produce eggs even if your periods are not regular. Also there is a supplement called DHEA that helps people loads to produce more healthy sperm and to produce many more healthy eggs. Do some research in to this. Try to keep positive(easier said than done I know) but it does help to try and remain optimistic. Good luck on your journey.

Thanks for your message hoping. Yes I have been looking at DHEA too - it sounds like a good thing to try.
We had some happy news at our fertility clinic appointment as DH SA has miraculously improved to near normal levels so things not looking so hopeless. That just leaves my ovulation which can be helped with tablets so plan is to try that first. We don't need to go to IVF yet but definitely good to have it as a back up.
